Leads contact center scheduling function daily activities. Coordinates with management to forecast headcount needs and develop staffing plan. In addition, Customer Service Center Forecasting/Optimization Supervisor advanced analytical skills are typically required. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager.
