The Digital and E-commerce Marketing Manager stays abreast of changes in the online marketing environment and adjusts plan accordingly to best serve the objectives of the organization. Develops and implements the strategic E-commerce marketing plan for an organization. Being a Digital and E-commerce Marketing Manager requires a bachelor's degree. May be responsible for overseeing other aspects of the website such as the advertising campaign, content components and vendor relationships. In addition, Digital and E-commerce Marketing Manager typically reports to a senior manager. The Digital and E-commerce Marketing Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Working as a Digital and E-commerce Marketing Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 to 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
