The Enterprise Resource Planning Administration Senior Manager troubleshoots and resolves any ERP related hardware, software, user access, or other system issues. Manages the administration of an organization's ERP system to facilitate reliable performance, integrity, and security. Being an Enterprise Resource Planning Administration Senior Manager plans and implements new ERP modules, upgrades, and patches according to business needs. Integrates ERP systems and applications with software solutions to streamline business processes and data flow. In addition, Enterprise Resource Planning Administration Senior Manager develops departmental processes, policies, and procedures to ensure best practices in the administration and processing of ERP data. Monitors and reviews support requests to ensure timely response to, and resolution of, issues or bugs and coordinates resources and workflow for fixes. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Enterprise Resource Planning Administration Senior Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget.
