The Environmental Project Planner III ensures environmental projects are in compliance with the state and federal regulations. Plans, prepares, and monitors environmental research and evaluates potential impact of assigned projects. Being an Environmental Project Planner III requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty or in a related area. Estimate the level of pollutants involving air, land, and water to devise mitigating measures. In addition, Environmental Project Planner III typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Working as an Environmental Project Planner III typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
