In addition, Fire Safety Building Inspector has completed fire inspection training and may require certification as Uniform Fire Code Inspector and /or other local licensing. Typically requires AS degree. Being a Fire Safety Building Inspector has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Working as a Fire Safety Building Inspector typically requires 3-5 years of related experience.
