The Flight EMT provides advanced life support care to patients who are ill and/or injured. Transports and transfers patients by aircraft and assesses the extent of an illness or injury to establish and prioritize medical procedures to follow. Being a Flight EMT must be CPR certified. Replenishes the aircraft with medical supplies after flights. In addition, Flight EMT requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to manager.
