Job Description

The Hospitality Services Manager assists with check-in, check-out, responds to guest requests and complaints. Responsible for managing guest and front office operations. Being a Hospitality Services Manager provides assistance to guests as needed. Oversees lobby operations and hotel amenities, such as concierge and valet services, pool or spa operations. In addition, Hospitality Services Manager monitors staff scheduling and shifts. Oversees departments cooperation. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Hospitality Services Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Thorough knowledge of department processes.
