The Import/Export Analyst II prepares and reviews all required documentation, coding, and calculations of duties, tariffs, price conversions. Administers the documentation processes required to import and export merchandise and materials in compliance with federal, state, local, or country-specific regulations. Being an Import/Export Analyst II ensures that all documentation is up to date and recorded in tracking systems. Completes any required payment transactions that accompany shipments. In addition, Import/Export Analyst II typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being an Import/Export Analyst II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.
