The IT Auditor II evaluates IT infrastructure in terms of risk to the organization and establishes controls to mitigate loss. Audits information systems, platforms, and operating procedures in accordance with established corporate standards for efficiency, accuracy and security. Being an IT Auditor II typically requires a bachelor's degree. Determines and recommends improvements in current risk management controls and implementation of system changes or upgrades. In addition, IT Auditor II typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Being an IT Auditor II occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
