Evaluates, tests, and validates IT systems services and /or software. Being an IT Services, Systems and Software Quality Analyst III develops solutions to resolve problems and makes recommendations for improvements to process, configuration, and products. Documents issues and tracks status in designated systems. In addition, IT Services, Systems and Software Quality Analyst III may develop new or special testing for new products or to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues. Requires a bachelor's degree in IT or related field. Typically reports to a manager. Being an IT Services, Systems and Software Quality Analyst III work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project.
