The Sales Analysis & Forecasting Supervisor assists with the administration of CRM and other systems. Supervises a team of sales analysts that perform research and statistical studies to ensure effective sales execution and achievement of growth objectives. Being a Sales Analysis & Forecasting Supervisor delivers reporting and analytics that support planning and forecasting. Analyzes and evaluates sales metrics, goals, and performance. In addition, Sales Analysis & Forecasting Supervisor may provide support to sales teams on systems and tools. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Sales Analysis & Forecasting Supervisor supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Working as a Sales Analysis & Forecasting Supervisor typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
