The SEO Technical Manager oversees and monitors keyword research, search behavior analyses, technical audits, and content gap analyses. Manages an SEO team to optimize site traffic, improve user experience, and increase conversions. Being a SEO Technical Manager conducts competitive research and deploys the latest developments in SEO. Uses SEO reports, audits and dashboards to identify areas for optimization and leads projects to implement those findings. In addition, SEO Technical Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The SEO Technical Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Working as a SEO Technical Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1-3 years supervisory experience may be required.
