Compensation and Benefits Manager's Annual Base Salary
Leads the development, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. Manages common compensation functions, including survey participation, job evaluation, salary structure development, incentive plan design, and associated analysis. Manages common benefits functions, including life, health, and disability insurance, retirement benefits and paid time off. Ensures that compensation and benefits programs remain competitive and conform to current compensation strategy. May also manage profit-sharing and performance management programs.
