Collects data and metrics to monitor and maintain bot performance, measure utilization, and enhance functionality. Documents and maintains scripts, algorithms, and logic to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable performance and functionality. Requires a bachelor's degree. May require certification in RPA vendor-specific tools. Typically reports to a manager. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work.
