Defines and prioritizes team needs, manages initiatives, and leads the content strategy. Being a VP of Internal Communications oversees the creation and implementation of all internal communication programs. Ensures all internal communication delivers desired outcome and meets organizational objectives. Additionally, VP of Internal Communications provides strategic guidance and support to senior leadership. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management.
