LOCATION

This position is fully remote. EST working hours. Preferred states: Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee Alabama, Kansas, Pennsylvania, Colorado. Employees have full access to use the Downtown Orlando 321 office as a co-working or production space.

THE SKINNY

A Designer at 321 will design and execute creative solutions that consistently and clearly communicate our client's brand identity, positioning, and messaging. Designers have an impeccable eye for detail, consistency, and quality. They are the most organized members of our creative team, ensuring our creative production process is quick, efficient, and always meets our highest standards.

THINGS YOU’LL CREATE AND COLLAB ON

• Clients across verticals including healthcare, entertainment, home services, food and beverage, and more
• Digital executions, websites, print, email, social media, marketing collateral, and internal marketing
• Properly create, store, and export clean and organized design files
• QA all studio design sent out of the agency
• Present quality designs internally and externally with enthusiasm and professionalism
• All phases of design development process including concept, layout, execution
• All relative design elements: typography, photography, illustration, color and logos/icons

SOME MORE SPECIFICS:

• Create campaign collateral for an array of print and digital communications including emails, landing pages, banner ads, websites, letters, infographics, brochures, and other initiatives.
• Design compelling and impactful projects from inception to completion, while working closely with studio manager, brand team and content strategy team
• Knowledge of corporate creative strategy, marketing objectives, brand identity standards and positioning statements
• Knowledge of the design process, Form Follows Function, as it relates to graphic design and advertising design disciplines
• Knowledge of current creative or design trends across a variety of industries and platforms
• Be an advocate for consistent and cohesive design throughout brand executions for clients.
• Be a team source of knowledge on design thinking, brand experience, and design-driven storytelling
• Apply thorough understanding of each client’s objectives and business needs to thoughtful produce brand design executions that perform in the market.

A BIT ABOUT YOU

• You’ve been producing clean/clear design work reflective of specific brand guidelines for at least 3-4 years.
• High standard of design skills in relation to branding, typography, layout, and composition.
• Strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
• A touch of perfectionism that makes typos and off-brand mistakes a rarity
• Proven skill at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to focus on the details, but also see how projects fit into larger company goals.
• A well developed ability to give constructive design critique and positively guide creative growth in others.
• Ability to work well in an agile, fast moving team environment.
