Product Manager
Location: Seattle, WA (HQ)

Actively Learn is the best curriculum platform for students and educators. To be the best, we must continuously innovate and improve. As a product manager focused on user experience, you will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to determine priorities for our flagship product Actively Learn as well as Achieve3000 Math and communicate the value we deliver to a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Determine user experience improvements through user analysis (including writing SQL queries), interviews, and product testing.
• Write and design feature specs for the engineering team to build, coordinating any follow-ups until the feature ships.
• Prioritize feature lists and maintain statuses on features in development.
• Create product marketing collateral and internal training materials (videos, microlearning).
• Communicate product updates to internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with multiple teams across the company to solicit product ideas.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a Product Management or similar role at a software company
• Empathy for teachers and students that motivates a desire for improving their lives through our products every single day.
• Understanding of code and technical architecture, with an ability to size engineering effort.
• Strong writing skills and an eye for design.
• Highly organized and proficient with product management tools and spreadsheets. Detail oriented.
