AMC Health is seeking a Warehouse Technician.  This position is responsible for the preparation and administration of telehealth equipment. Prepares patient kits, completes device configuration/troubleshooting, shipping/receiving, device sanitization and other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for the administration of and preparation of telehealth equipment.

• Prepares devices by ensuring the proper version of the device is in use and completing upgrades where necessary.
• Completes patient kit preparation – pairs and tests devices, scans and packs equipment and labels kits appropriately.
• Completes troubleshooting as necessary; determines root cause analysis of any issues and resolves concerns with devices and administration.
• Assists with shipping and receiving and device sanitization 
• Completes general warehouse duties
• Ensures work environment is clean and orderly
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education/Computer Proficiency Requirements:

• Basic computer skills such as accessing the internet and navigating from one application to another, as well as a working knowledge of the Microsoft desktop environment.
• Other proprietary technological proficiencies will be acquired on the job.
• Working knowledge of mobile devices.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Licensure and/or Certification Requirements:

A certification preferred but not required.
