US Value and Access (US V&A) has embarked on a transformation initiative to create a singular services platform to better serve patients and health care professionals. The CRM platform (Pulse) has been deployed supporting one Amgen Product and implementation activities for the next set of Products are in progress.
As a member of the US Value & Access team, the Data Manager is responsible for the data aspects of the access and reimbursement patient/HCP services, and for providing valued consultation to the business regarding data flows, reporting and analytics. Amgen is seeking a self-starting, quick learning, organized problem solver to understand and translate the business needs from a data perspective in the context of the Pulse user groups.
This role provides the opportunity to work holistically across products and services, while developing an in-depth understanding of the access and reimbursement-related business processes.
This position is based at our corporate campus in Thousand Oaks, CA and may require up to 25% domestic travel.
Responsibilities Include:
Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degree
OR
Master’s degree and 2 years of Marketing and/or Operations experience
OR
Bachelor’s degree and 4 years of Marketing and/or Operations experience
OR
Associate’s degree and 10 years of Marketing and/or Operations experience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Marketing and/or Operations experience
