ARC ASPICIO Business Process Reengineering Consultant (Active Top Secret) Salary in the United States

Responsibilities:

• Work on law enforcement and homeland security consulting projects performing business process reengineering and data management to improve information sharing and other law enforcement processes
• Lead teams and collaborate closely with clients to address opportunities and constraints to redesign solutions and recommend data sharing solutions
• Join our consulting practice to support projects and help the company grow strategically
• Work with smart, motivated team members 
• Supervise teams and manage workstreams and initiatives and grow to take on more responsibility in leading projects
• Seek out and build relationships externally with clients and internally with team members of all levels, supporting their development and collaboration
• Inspire confidence in others when it comes to helping your clients
• Initiate and embrace change openly and are never able to accept and be content with the way things are

Required Qualifications:

• Active Top Secret Clearance required
• 5+ years of consulting and business process reengineering experience
• Experience in data and information sharing and/or data management
• Experience on homeland security, law enforcement, and/or intelligence projects
• Strong interest and training in data aggregation, data integration, data program policy, impact assessments for new requirements, and whole of government data sharing
• Experience in consulting with the Government in a dynamic, mission-oriented environment where attention to detail is critical
• Experience working in a hybrid (remote and onsite) environment to collaborate, with a strong ability to collaborate and lead with confidence and equally be able to concentrate on creating powerful solutions
• Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement  and delivering work products in a complex stakeholder environment
• Strong leadership potential and interest, with experience leading teams and supervising people preferred
• Strong interest in working in a consulting firm and learning business concepts; loves to collaborate and reach out to get involved in company events, offerings, and special projects
• Relentless when it comes to pursuing their goals and they tackle every endeavor courageously
• Objective, emotionally intelligent, and possesses a sense of urgency
• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Critical Skills: Entrepreneurial spirit, strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving skills, resilience, flexibility, learning-oriented, excited to engage
