Job Description:

The Accountant II is responsible for inventory write off and AP reconciliation, journal entries, reporting and analysis, forecast and audit for the team. This position supports internal and external customers, develops relationships with various client groups and maintains/updates current financial information.

This position will follow a hybrid schedule of 3 days in our office (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays) based in Centennial CO and 2 days from home.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Complete reconciliations and provide necessary analysis to make recommendations
• Evaluates transactions and records to the GL as necessary to ensure the financials are accurate and complete.
• Summarize information from multiple sources into a management report to provide high level analysis and recommendations
• Responsible for review and update of internal and external Audit requests and provide the information needed
• Responsible for review and update of reporting, variance analysis and forecast.
• Identifies process problems or issues and escalates appropriately.
• Working with various departments and teams to help automate the process, evaluate the procedures and increase efficiency.
• Process Inventory write off and work with various departments to resolve any issues.
• Cross training with other team members to support their work load as needed.
• Supports and/or participates in special projects.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 3-5 years general accounting experience.
• Strong analytical skills, deadline and detail-oriented, ability to work independently and multi-task.
• Familiarity of accounting principles (GAAP)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft office
• GL systems experience -Oracle and Hyperion preferred

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$64,400.00 - $75,350.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
