Description:
The Customer Care Specialist researches issues and brings to resolution complex situations by using sound judgment and following company policies and guidelines. Requires the ability to handle a high volume of calls, inquires, and difficult issues with professionalism. Additionally, you must have excellent follow-through ability and possess outstanding telephone and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:
· 1 year of call center experience preferred, but not required
· Outstanding customer service skills and enthusiastic personality
· High energy
· Ability to work evenings and weekends
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
· Strong administrative skills and computer skills
· Able to handle a high volume of calls, inquiries
