- Engage on the front end of all new projects with nation-wide impacts to the network.
- Starting from a broad scope statement, stand-up the new project, identify all of the stakeholder teams, tools, and key tasks. Set timelines and track completion deliverables.
- Troubleshoot and solve for any gaps or lessons learned identified during the project. Provide executive-level status reports.
- Prepare the project for the Regional & Market teams to deploy.
- Manage all aspects of national network deployment projects throughout the development lifecycle, including project scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs and change.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define project parameters, then translate customer needs into formal requirements, using knowledge of the industry and delivery methodology.
- Develop detailed project schedule, resource plan, and status reports. Manage task assignment to project resources, create job aids, and project set-up documentation.
- Establish project reporting. Manage project scope throughout the lifecycle, including change requests. Interface with all areas affected by the project, including end user, services organizations, vendors and implementations partners.
- Review project deliverables for accuracy, and apprise management of risks, issues, and recommended mitigations. Ensure satisfactory transfer of custody and control of product upon handoff.
- Close all project documentation and archive appropriate records.
INTAKE NOTES:
- Must have strong PM skills, able to work with all levels of stakeholders including being comfortable presenting at the Executive level.
- Must have telecommunications and National Deployment end to end experience. Strong communication & organization skills a must.
