Hourly Wage for BAO SYSTEMS Global Partnerships Lead Salary in the United States

BAO Systems is a leading technology company that partners with health and development partners globally. We are seeking a motivated Global Partnerships Lead who will lead efforts to retain and build new partnerships with governments, NGOs, funders, and the private sector to support the mission and strategic goals of BAO Systems.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership and lead generation - 25%

• Collaborate with service and product teams to understand core business in order to translate company solutions to potential/existing partners
• Develop a strong understanding of partners that includes their business drivers and strategies, competitive edge in the marketplace, industry trends, key strategic partner relationships, as well as key executives and decision-makers
• Build, maintain, and evolve relationships with partners and utilize data to inform ongoing partnership prioritization

Capture management - 50%

• Manage the following aspects of the deal process: prospecting, pitching, negotiations, and partnership scoping
• Lead partner scoping, bid market analysis, and teaming agreement negotiation for inbound opportunities
• Track metrics and generate easy-to-use reports to improve business performance

Proposal writing - 15%

• Support proposal development and content curation

Market research - 10%

• Contribute to and support strategy around new client market opportunities
• Synthesize competitor, emerging technology, and other marketplace insights to influence company strategy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years experience in the global health and development sector
• Familiarity with data collection, management, and analysis tools
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and make thoughtful recommendations and action plans
• Ability to thrive and be highly productive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, environment where you will set your own direction for how to accomplish your goals Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and a sense of urgency around achieving/exceeding goals

Preferred Experience

• Masters degree in public health, health informatics, IT, or related field
• Demonstrated track record of working with product and marketing teams to develop partnerships that deliver growth, brand exposure, and creative benefits for users
• Deep understanding of global technology markets, trends, and dynamics
