YOUR JOB AS A KITCHEN TEAMMATE

Food is the reason people go to a restaurant. At bd's, much of our kitchen is in our dining room. You are an essential part of the guest experience. If the food looks fresh and plentiful, our guests are excited to dine with us. In addition, you can help ensure that our guests make a great stir-fry by guiding them through the market area so that each and every guest leaves happy.

You will learn the following bd's kitchen objectives:

• Professional and well groomed
• Interacting with guests in the Market Area and communicating in a positive manner
• Kitchen and market area familiarity; with a knowledge of all products and product specifications.
• Prepping and handling food while adhering to sanitation practices
• Filling and maintaining the market area, ensuring that all items are fresh and pans are full.
• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation in the Market Area and the kitchen
• Execute a recovery strategy and know when to get a manager involved.
• As a QB prepares desserts and appetizers with established recipes.
• Teamwork
