BEACH COVE RESORT AM Guest Service Representative Salary in the United States

Come join our family at Vacation Myrtle Beach! We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic person to join Beach Cove Resort! Beach Cove is an ocean front property located in North Myrtle Beach. Qualified candidates will also possess an eye for detail, passion for hospitality, and a desire to exceed every guest’s expectation

Front Desk Clerk’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Answer guests’ questions and offer information and assistance
• Check guests in or out of the resort
• Answer telephones
• Communicate with other departments to fulfill guests needs

Our Expectations:

• Strong administrative and computer skills are required
• Enthusiasm & Passion for Customer Service
• Must possess good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, be outgoing, perceptive, self-motivated with the ability to work harmoniously with team members
• Must be able to communicate articulately and comprehend written and verbal communication
• Hospitality Experience Preferred
• IqWare Experience Preferred
• Microsoft Office Experience preferred
