BLOOMERANG Customer Billing Specialist Salary in the United States

We are looking for a Customer Billing Specialist to be the liaison between our finance team and our customers. Customer service is vitally important in this role as you will be interacting with customers daily.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all financial questions from clients are answered quickly and accurately

• Receive and sort incoming payments with attention to credibility

• Manage the status of accounts and balances and identify inconsistencies

• Issue and post bills, receipts and invoices

• Update accounts receivable database with new accounts or missed payments

• Provide solutions to any relative problems of clients

• Assist with other tasks related to accounts receivable and bookkeeping

• Adhere to laws and best practices with regard to dealing with customers and data

Requirements

• Experience performing accounts receivable duties and/or customer support role (1-3 years)

• Comfortable dealing with numbers and the processing of financial information

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel) and QuickBooks Online

• Results-driven and patient

• High attention to detail and trustworthiness

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
