Job Summary:
This is critical role within the Blueprint Medicines commercial team primarily leading the strategy and execution of HCP initiatives for pralsetinib in RET-altered cancers. This person will be a key member of the team that brings pralsetinib to market and have the opportunity to have broad impact across the growing commercial organization. This role will be responsible for the execution and advancement of key brand strategies leading all HCP initiatives across indications including Diagnostics. Additionally, this individual will be an integral team member to help shape the strategic marketing plan and launch activities across both the US and ex-US.
The role requires strategic and analytical thinking, strong project management experience, creativity and decision-making skills. This role reports to the pralsetinib Brand Lead and will work in a cross-functional team-based environment, with multiple stakeholders (Sales, Patient Services, Market Access, Precision Medicine Account Team, Trade and Distribution, Commercial Analytics, Patient Advocacy, Legal, and Regulatory).
