Hourly Wage for CATALPA HEALTH Seedlings Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Clinic Coordinator Salary in the United States

Catalpa is seeking a licensed mental health clinician with strong organizational and leadership skills to serve as coordinator for our Seedlings Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health specialty clinic. This three hour per week (.075 FTE) position will be housed within Catalpa’s Appleton location and can be blended with other clinical responsibilities within Catalpa to create a position that could range from full- to part-time based upon the desires of the candidate. Specialty training in best practices with infant and early childhood mental health, as well as participation within the Seedlings clinic, is a requirement. All candidates must be fully licensed in Wisconsin (no LPC IT or APSW). At least three years of clinical experience required. Duties include:

o   Monitoring clinic access and assisting with triaging clients when necessary

o   Assisting clinical director with developing policies and procedures specific to infant and early childhood mental health

o   Developing and maintaining relationships with referring providers and outside agencies

o   Assisting clinical director with providing support for therapists in addressing client concerns, organization of Seedlings Collaboration, and planning of professional development opportunities
