Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc., has been providing quality medical care to underserved population of Rockland County, NY and surrounding areas since 1993.  With close to 60 providers on staff and a patient base of 18,000, we offer a variety of services included Adult Medicine, Pediatrics, Family Practice, Allergy, Dermatology, Endocrinology, Ophthalmology, Urology, Podiatry, Psychiatry and Behavioral Health counseling, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Dentistry and Oral Surgery.  

About the position:

CMADC is seeking an experienced, Dental Manager who is ready to grow with us and be a true leader within our dental department. The dental manager will oversee the functions within the department as well as assist in coordinating our dental van service.

Key responsibilities:

1. Training new staff
2. Scheduling staff within the dental department
3. Evaluating the performance of staff members
4. Ordering supplies
5. Oversee maintenance of equipment
6. Working with our dental providers to schedule the dental van

Requirements

At least 2 years of managerial experience in a dental setting.

Must be accurate, self-motivated and goal-oriented

Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure

Excellent problem-solving skills

Must maintain confidentiality in regards to protected patient information
