Description

National Property Management Company specializing in student housing is seeking a motivated, customer service focused individual to assist college students with housing account balances from our corporate processing center.

Some of the responsibilities include: making and receiving telephone calls to coordinate housing payments, auditing accounts for errors, maintaining daily reports, and working with school and company personnel to influence timely payment in order to maintain resident occupancy.

The successful candidate will have good customer service skills, be able to work independently at a face pace, and have the desire to assist young people in achieving a positive student housing experience.

Hourly: $16-18/hour + potential for bonus compensation.  Compensation range is based on experience that lends itself to this position.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of college, military service, or relevant work experience is desired.

Candidate must have a calm demeanor and pleasant telephone skills as this position has regular telephone contact with our student residents, their parents and school administrators.
