This recruitment position differs from the rest of the recruiting team. The right candidate will be able to follow-up with applicant, scrutinize, decipher and ascertain the performance of the entire recruitment strategy, and give a detailed report of the progress of each applicant on a weekly basis. • Oversee and gauge effectiveness of the overall recruiting strategy
• Manage Breezy Applicant Tracking System: Create and delete templates, design and alter pipelines, update candidates profiles by constantly following up until the point of hiring, creating questionnaires
• Explain legal contracts to candidates, decipher contract wording, explain ramifications and conditions of training contract
• Recruit for operational and office positions
• Run reports; export, parse and format data in excel; analyze applicant metrics
• Communicate routinely with Indeed and ZipRecruiter to discuss ATS integration performance services, click-to-hire metrics, ad spend productivity
• Liaison third-party driving school, assess spreadsheet to determine who is ready to return to the company with the proper license (post-training)
• Speak with executives and vendors to for various job duties, ad-hoc projects, position details
• Conduct interviews, phone screenings, schedule conferences, perform orientations, review resumes and qualifications
• Communicate with attorneys to establish language and actions which are in compliance with NYS Labor Standards
• Submit weekly task report to HR manager detailing weekly production and goals
