Courier / Mail Room Processor – Part Time

Elmira Savings Bank is looking for a part-time Courier / Mail Room Processor with a flexible schedule and a positive, up-beat attitude. The courier is responsible for performing a variety of duties related to transporting and delivering bank-related materials.

Courier / Mail Room Processor Essential Duties:

• Provide a delivery service of mail and Bank-related materials between offices on a scheduled basis.
• Perform daily post-office runs to pick up and drop off all Bank-related mail.
• Responsible for accurately sorting and processing all interoffice mail, U.S. mail, and other items to ensure accurate delivery to the appropriate departments.
• Perform duties related to preparation of account statements, loan bills, and other bulk mailings. 
• Operate the postage meter and other mailroom equipment and perform maintenance and minor repairs.  

Experience:

• Valid NYS Driver’s License with experience driving to multiple site locations.
• Ability to lift 50-100lbs.
• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
