EnerBank USA's Contractor Support team is a customer-oriented call center group within EnerBank USA. As part of our team your primary service would be for our: Contractors! Our Contractors are a part of our primary customers, Contractors are companies that contact and provide materials and labor to complete home improvement jobs for our customers.  The Contractor Support Representative will provide excellent customer service, pay attention to detail and have excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide inbound and outbound telephone support to contractors and program sponsors
  • Explain processes and procedures of using the bank’s loan programs
  • Provide credit decisions, status updates, and other information regarding specific applicants
  • Advise contractors of the next steps on applications, Update and send applications to other departments
  • Refer or transfer contractors and program sponsors to various parties within and outside the bank
  • Document interactions with contractors and program sponsors
• Provide user support for various websites
• Resolve contractor invoice issues
• Miscellaneous projects or tasks as assigned
• Meet required production levels while maintaining excellent quality
