Responsibilities

The Access Management Analyst is responsible for providing enterprise-wide support to fulfill account and role provisioning requests in a timely manner.  Works closely with business units to ensure accounts and roles are provisioned according to business needs while adhering to access management program guidelines and bank security policies.  Assists with collecting and reporting performance metrics, training and supporting team members, and leading reviews for various audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience required.
• Program management experience preferred.
• 3 years' progressively responsible experience with access management/provisioning required.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and applications access management (Desktops, server, networks, etc.)
• Demonstrated ability to apply technical concepts practically.
• Practical experience leading and managing IT audits independently.
• Able to work independently and with a team, prioritize tasks, effectively manage time to ensure customer SLA's and expectations are met.
• Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills including the ability to translate technical terms and concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Able to plan, organize and budget independently.
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
