FUEL TOTAL SYSTEMS KENTUCKY CORPORATION Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift Salary in the United States

Position:         Maintenance Technician

Department:  Maintenance

Reporting to: Maintenance Manager

JOB DUTIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Requires a high school diploma or GED along with equivalent experience in manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrated work history of maintenance of precision mechanical systems needing repairs within exacting operating ranges.
• Electrical and/or Mechanical certification or ability to demonstrate a proficiency of electrical knowledge during hire process.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Reliable transportation to and from work location.
• Able to lift, push, pull up to 50 pounds on a routine basis.
• Able to work on feet over 90% of shift with
• Twisting, bending, squatting 50+% of shift
• Ability to demonstrate hand dexterity and strength to routinely hold and use various shop and hand tools on a consistent basis over an 8 hour shift.
• Ability to be around machinery with high voltage and magnetic fields. (PPE supplied)
• Ability to work overtime and flexible shifts as required
• Ability to work in a team environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Associate Degree in Industrial Maintenance
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in an industrial setting
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair Programmable Logic Controls, electrical control circuits, hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and understand ladder logic diagrams and electrical schematics
