Function:

To operate a machine to test pressure validity and electronic functionality. Document pass/ fail in spreadsheet and notate errors for rework. Move modules from crate/ container to testing machine. Move crates/ containers of modules to different areas for rework/ testing or shipment.

Scope:

To operate a machine to test pressure tolerance and electronic functionality. Document pass/ fail in spreadsheet and notate errors for rework in spreadsheet and on module with error notations. Move modules from crate/ container to testing machine, then to rework shelf or to rework crate/ container (if necessary.) Move crates/ containers of modules to different areas for rework or testing with floor jack (electric or other.) Excellent communication in both verbal and written in English language is mandatory. Other duties as assigned.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Overtime as needed (weekends and/ or nights.)
• Must be able to operate machines.
• Housekeeping: Janitorial work in assigned workspace daily.
• Working in a steady paced environment to ensure production goals are met.
• May be standing, sitting, bending up to 12 hours.
• Reading plans, specifications or instructions to find out the tasks to complete.
• Ensuring that your workspace is safe and tidy.
• Handle of sensitive electronic components.
• Load parts onto our in-house test equipment/ machines and follow work instructions.
• Data entry of test results.
• Work in an ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) environment.
• Must be comfortable in wearing ESD gear/ apparel.
• Prior experience in electronics manufacturing a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Working on an assembly line to inspect, clean and/ or package products.

Qualifications

High school diploma.

Able to communicate in the English language. (Written & verbally)

Excel experience (Beginner to Intermediate level)
