Greco is an award-winning company seeking a Full Charge Bookkeeper to work closely with the CFO to provide top notch reporting to our owners, investors, and management teams. We are seeking a self-starter who is responsive, engaged, detail oriented and accountable as well as highly organized.  

The Full Charge Bookkeeper will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude and a desire to learn. Someone that works behind the scenes to get things done. You will be responsible for the accounting and administrative support of 900+ residential and commercial units. This position offers a wide variety of duties in everything from administrative to accounting to residential data management.

Full Charge Bookkeeper Roles

• Accounts Receivable
• Accounts Payable 
• Bank reconciliations
• Payroll processing
• Monthly financial statement preparation
• Balance sheet reconciliations 
• American Express reconciliation
• Property accounting
• Budget variance reconciliations

Minimum Requirements and/or Preferred Qualifications

• Two-year business/accounting degree required (prefer Bachelor's degree in Accounting)
• QuickBooks experience required
• Property Management experience a plus but not required
• Yardi experience a plus but not required
• 5 years experience
