Job Description

We are seeking someone who loves working with clients and excels at managing project timelines, deliverables and collaboration between teams. Highly organized and meticulous Associate Project Manager wanted. Join a talented SaMD + Golang team working to build first-of-its-kind medical software.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Scheduling and preparation for weekly requirements gathering meetings, as well as bi-weekly product demonstrations and stakeholder retrospective/planning meetings
• Document meeting minutes for internal and external meetings
• Attend all meetings with Account Director and act as a point of contact for both internal and external team
• Work with technical project manager to facilitate internal follow up from client meetings
• Ensure quality of client deliverables against pre-identified acceptance criteria

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• 3+ years of experience working with medium to large sized businesses in a client facing role
• Highly motivated, independent individual with strong organizational skills and a thorough attention to detail
• A proven track record of cultivating client relationships and actively seeking opportunities for expansion
• Capable of solving problems - maintaining a positive outlook when tackling challenges and coming up with solutions.
