Responsibilities:

  • Answers inbound calls to help match customers with home services designed to fit their needs.
  • Generates sales for the client, a large energy company, while representing iVox Solutions with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
  • Identifies other products and services for existing customers by maximizing their education on our client’s products and ensures revenue goals are met.
  • Maximizes the customer service experience by communicating relevant information and directions in an organized and concise manner.
  • Listens actively in order to provide pertinent information that helps to ‘seal the deal’ and drive overall sales.

Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Regular and prompt attendance during training and all scheduled shifts.
  • Strong customer service skills are a must. Minimum of one year of previous customer service experience required.
  • Previous sales experience strongly preferred.
  • Ability to meet or exceed set performance KPI’s such as sales goals, number of calls, and other required metrics.
  • Basic computer knowledge, ability to navigate Microsoft Windows with multiple programs running at the same time.
  • Strong typing and spelling/grammar skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Superb verbal communication skills.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, position will assign regular shifts (some positions require afternoon and evenings).
