KODDI Learning & Development Specialist Salary in the United States

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic L&D Specialist to join our Learning & Development team within the People & Culture department. In collaboration with the L&D Lead, People & Culture team, and internal and external subject matter experts, the L&D Specialist will support the assessment, development, and delivery of highly effective, engaging, and relevant learning resources across mediums and for diverse employee groups.  Primarily, this role will champion the new employee onboarding experience, with a heightened focus on our technical roles, ensuring new Koddiyaks are seamlessly integrated into their roles, the company, and our culture. You will design learning experiences that empower employees to make an impact with confidence.
