Position Summary:

Responsible for assisting all departments in the scanning of documents and uploading to the company database. Provides operational support working with other departments and cross-training to assist as needed. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the company operates.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling the ordering of all Collateral files requested on a daily basis.
• Reviews incoming documents; prepares documents for imaging and images files as requested.
• Ensures scanning and filing of all documents in an organized manner.
• Communicates with departments and coordinates scanning and rescanning on unreadable images.
• Performs data entry as necessary to correctly index information.
• Assists other departments as needed on all imaging needs.
• Cross trains to understand and improve efficiencies.
• Performs other duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Less than one year work experience and/or training is typically required
• Experience in the Mortgage industry preferred
• High School Degree/GED required
• Position is located in office based out of Victor, NY
