NEOGOV Junior Technical Writer Salary in the United States

NEOGOV is looking for entry level Instructional/Technical Writer to join our Customer Success team here. We build software that assist Human Resource Professionals in providing superior service to their employees. This person will work closely with our Implementation, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure that proper documentation and training is available to our internal and external customers.

• Creates, develops, plans, writes, and edits instructional or operational details for NEOGOV product releases.
• Help Implementation team in creating thorough training material that customers and internal employees can use for training purposes.
• Assist in developing and maintaining SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), templates, and style guides based on industry/company standards.
• Review and edit training videos
• Assist NGU Team (NEOGOV University) with providing world class training material and courses for our customers.

• Bachelor Degree in English or Related Subject
• You need to be a MS Word, PPT, Adobe wizard
• Strong communications skills (Verbal and Written)
• Ability to learn different products quickly so that you can be efficient in creating training material.
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Collaborative team player
