In short, we’re helping to build the infrastructure of esports, and Camp Localhost will be an important part of the puzzle. Camp Localhost is an esports summer camp dedicated to growing the physical, mental, and social aspects of the individual to help develop a well-rounded individual player.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and processes to ensure projects are delivered on time and with expected results
- Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, costs, etc.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Perform risk management/mitigation process to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Creates and uses project planning tools to ensure resources are allocated, and timelines and milestones are met
- Organizes meetings across different locations and manages calendaring and note taking
- Tracks key project milestones and adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers
- Coordinates communication with all areas of the organization that impact project scope, budget, risk and resources of work effort being managed
- Assists other members of management to identify and prioritize opportunities
WHAT WE LIKE TO SEE
- 3 years of project management experience utilizing formal project management methodology is required
- PMP or similar project management certification is preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project is required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required
- Ability to interface with all levels of the organization
- Strong influence, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
- Ability to identify and resolve or escalate issues in a timely manner
