Description
New England Document Systems has a current opening in our Accounts Payable production department. This position would be responsible for data entry and quality control verification of vendor invoices including vendor information, invoice date/number, purchase order details, line items, and more (training provided). Located in our Manchester, NH facility, the position hours are flexible Monday thru Friday, with a starting pay rate of $11.00 per hour.

Requirements
• Must have excellent attendance record, be dependable, and have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to type quickly and accurately with both alpha and numeric characters to enter information from invoices into software program.
• Must have solid computer skills and able to learn multiple software programs.
• Accounts Payable experience a plus but not required.
• Must be able to read and understand the English language.
• Must be organized, detailed oriented and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must possess good investigative and problem-solving skills, as well as solid communication skills.
• Must have a good eye for quality and the ability to pay attention to detail for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds and have good hand/eye coordination.
