Job purpose:
To follow a system of accountability when cleaning, sustaining and maintaining carpeted and tile flooring.
Schedule: Monday through Sunday, variable hours
Pay: Starts at $13.00
Level: Entry (No experience required)
Key responsibilities:
Technicians work anywhere from 20-40+ hours/week. Shifts include daytime, evening, and weekend hours. (the candidate needs to have a flexible schedule)
Technicians will be stripping and waxing floors, scrubbing and buffing floors, and cleaning carpets, as well as helping out with emergency work.
Able to carry and lift up to 75 pounds.
Technicians are responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness with their appearance. They must be clean shaven, earrings removed, tattoos (if any) covered up, hair combed, clean pants and shirt with shirt tucked in.
Technicians are also responsible for maintaining and reporting on a daily basis the truck maintenance, along with chemical used and reporting any broken equipment.
Technicians must be hard working, self-motivated, and friendly.
Technicians must be flexible in schedule, and from time to time, go up and down stairs on a daily basis. Most days employees will be on their feet for 8 hours or more.
Technicians must have reliable transportation to get to and from different work sites or to be able to report to the warehouse for a ride to the job.
Work tickets must be turned in daily with detail about the job completed.
Technicians must turn in daily all gas receipts with work tickets.
Technicians must clean out on a daily basis filters, used chemical bottles, fans, wands, and any garbage left in the truck.
Technician must attend meetings with other company functions necessary to perform duties and aid in organizational development.
Technicians must manage the chemical usage for each carpet cleaning job.
Maintain and report as necessary all chemical in stock.
Keep clean all equipment, both on the interior and exterior of trucks as well as the premise of the warehouse.
Develop personal skills and capability through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval.
