Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Assist the Community Manager in the following

• Interviewing, screening, and hiring processes
• Orientation, training, and scheduling
• Implementing company policies and procedures
• Managing the resident aged receivable accounts
• Submitting all administrative forms, files, and reports in a timely manner
• Posting rent to the Entrata software system
• Efficient and courteous response to all resident

Knowledge and administration of the following

• Successful leasing techniques and sales methods;
• Professional dress and etiquette;
• Ability to resolve conflict and find solutions;
• Design and implementation of resident retention programs.

Qualifications

A minimum of 1 year experience in related field;

Proven abilities in customer support and problem resolution;

Experience working with Entrata software;
