Client Relations Manager

Summary

The Client Relations Manager focuses on the guest experience from start to finish. The CRM provides the highest level of customer service for those calling or coming in for a consult or tasting.

Roles and Responsibilities

·    Manages RTC front desk by greeting all guests and answering all incoming calls then dispersing them appropriately.

·      Maintains cleanliness and fresh flowers in tasting consultation rooms.

·      Sets up, assists with execution, and cleans up all private tastings.

·      Maintains stock of guest beverages in breakroom fridge

·      Assists the operations team with food labeling and food tags.

·      Accepts and records event payments.

·      Maintains the social media program for Rocky Top Catering on Facebook and Instagram.

·      Works events on Saturdays as an Event Manager, Bartender, or Server.

·      Assists with corporate office duties when support is needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent

High level of customer service experience

Extensive food knowledge

Organizational, multi-tasking and decision-making skills are essential

Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe InDesign

Additional Notes

Workload will encompass a 45 hour work week.

This job will require working Tuesday-Saturday and some holidays including New Years’ Eve.
