Job Summary

The Law Offices of James H. Breen, Jr., an In-House Insurance Defense Litigation office located in Woburn, associated with Safety Insurance Company, is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant. The Legal Assistant will provide the necessary administrative support for two insurance defense Attorneys.

Duties

• Responsibilities include pleading preparation, scheduling and coordination of meetings, litigation data maintenance, calendar management, general office duties and other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2-8 years of relevant legal administrative and support work experience
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook required
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail are necessary
• Familiarity with Westlaw and Prolaw a plus
• College degree preferred
• Paralegal certification preferred but not required
