Team Select Home Care is looking for a Client Services Representative to join our Team Select family. Client Services Representative (CSR) performs multiple tasks for a patient population in an office of the Long-Term Home Health Division and assists the Relationship Managers with various tasks. Reports directly to the Operations Manager and the local Agency Administrators.

• Assist the Relationship Managers in maintaining a current awareness of the abilities and limitations of each field/external staff in collaboration with Clinical Supervisor
• Demonstrate knowledge and adherence to the procedures of Team Select. Work under the guidance of the Relationship Manager to learn/perform cost containment, and use of staff within guidelines
• Work with the Relationship manager to learn to identify problems and initiative to reach quality decisions
• Maintain relationships with clients and employees and promotes harmonious interpersonal relationships
• Meet all deadlines on special projects as assigned
• Maintain strict confidentiality on patient, agency, and employee matters
• Follow and promote the Compliance Plan
• Manage tasks of input of schedules and payroll with verification's.
• Help with staff recruitment responsibilities per Relationship Manager
• Assist the Relationship Manager with office tasks; phones, supplies, device training
• Perform all other job tasks as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Communications/Provider Relations preferred
• Leadership capabilities
• Comply with accepted professional standards and practice
• Excellent business decorum and appearance
